• When you are at the Import Screen, press Alt+O and then go for the Configurations. 
• You should now get the List of Configurations on the screen now. If you wish to expand your list, click on the Show More icon. 
• In this list, there are two divisions—General and Banking.
• Import/Export Files Location—Decide the location of the file after the import/export process is complete. 

• The general action of Import if there are exceptions—It is possible, the original file has some exceptions for instance missing data or invalid data, what do you want to do to import it into TallyPrime?Select one of the options which include Discard, Import ignoring exceptions, or Import only while throwing exception on first one if any. 

• Overwrite vouchers—Select the option as “Yes”. This way, if the export and import files of the company are of the same company, then the duplication of vouchers will be overwritten. 
• The choice should be set to “Yes”. This way, the unwanted characters such as double space, tab space and other nuisance characters will be excluded from the Excel file before import. 

• Import batch size—What number of files would you like to import simultaneously?At this place, the batch size can be set as per the requirement.

• Enable detailed log—Do you wish to include a detailed log of errors from the data import operation?In this option, set the option for the result as per your choice.

As per these steps, your data is integrated into TallyPrime and you can carry on your business activities without any problem as stated below.
