Whenever an approval rule is processed, Advanced Approvals also creates an approval record for each of the approvers who was sent an approval request. Some of the aspects contained in the approval record are the status of the approval request when getting through the approvers. The submitted record and the approvals that go with it have approval status fields whereby admins and sales reps can keep track of the location in the chain.
Reviewers in the org can be approvers, of course, if the users or groups of them have approval rights in the org. Approval chains let you request a number of Approver, one after the other. The same record is not approved until all the approvers in all those chains have confirmed their approval.roles assign
Navigate to References System Administration Approval Roles and then click on Add New where you wish to add the new approval role.
To approve each user for the role, go to Users Users Approval Role for each user that you want to assign the role to.
To do that, go to ‘Add one or more from list’ and search for the approval role that you have added, choose it and grant it to the user.
