As business progresses, the structure and requirements of business and their stakes are in a constant state of change. As the current technologies advance and newer technologies are developed, the necessity of being able to access business applications and data from anywhere has become more and more relevant. Almost all enterprises at the moment seek cloud accounting of computing, which entails data and application availability on demand. Considering the current conditions, the demand has grown and has contributed to the need. Thus, we stayed true to our brand promise of delivering change that helps ease your life and extracted the June 2020 licensing policy update with enhancements in Tally license and data usage across virtual/cloud, including TallyPrime on AWS. This phenomenon as a concept is known as Tally Virtual User (TVU). To expand on this, we have partnered with AWS, i. e. Amazon web services to ensure that businesses can use TallyPrime remotely.
It is a joint effort with AWS and combines the right tools for businesses that require an effective way to access TallyPrime anywhere in the world. In simple words, you are able to connect to TallyPrime on a virtual machine with the help of this solution. For instance, currently, users can remotely work on TallyPrime that is ideally installed on the cloud through a client application no matter where they are.
As demonstrated in the above diagram, with the collaborated connected solution, TallyPrime and the data on the amazon cloud space can now be installed and it can be accessed remotely by logging in using the username and password.
In any remote environment, there are two basic participants which are a server and a client. Here, the server can also be the main computer housing the application and or data needed for the business. Here, your server is an Amazon cloud system where TallyPrime is installed and data has been set up. On the other side, a client is a machine for which the application/data hosted in the server machine is needed. You can call the client a remote computer. With this remote computer, one is able to log in remotely to access TallyPrime that is hosted on a cloud server.
The best thing about it is that if you are interested in getting the products, all you have to do is discuss it with your Tally partner and let them know your needs. Your partner will be the only contact who will be heading this engagement, proposing and deploying the most suitable solution for you and providing you with the necessary assistance. All things associated with the solution shall be managed by your partner, and he/she shall also ensure that nobody else needs to be contacted regarding any issue concerning the solution.
