Cevious offers tally service through its centres to more than 30000 customers. By providing them our Tally service centre setup, we are able to accomplish their requirements since last decade. We understood that Tally ERP 9 is one among the backbone of every company & we had planned to work with them and make them grow from one branch to multiple branches/factories, turnover from few crores to hundreds of crores, number of people from few hundreds to thousands (& vice versa) in some cases.

We have been there in all the seasons but we could have ensured full cooperation so that the systems are fully ready at any time. We have also visited their factories or some other premises during Sundays & holidays with them sometimes when they were finalising their accounts or if we were installing their new server or synchronising data for multiple offices. Although we had been catering to only a few hundred customers in the early nineties, we have accepted Tally services calls from tens of thousands customers. We are pleased to find that one of the world’s largest Tally service centres has over 50 back-end Tally technical staff willing to serve them.

We have installed one of the most efficient CRM software through which our support persons directly greet the customers, come to know all the necessary details about them including the past activities that occurred to them so that they do not need to ask them those basic questions in regard to their general profile in order to address their actual issue.
